Since you are invited to bring 3 goals that you would really really like to reach, you get coached on something that really matters to you.
You get an experience what it is to be coached.
You get a first impression about my specific way of coaching. My way of coaching can also be adapted to your needs. What do you need most? Support? Challenge? Sounding board? Accountability? Direction? Focus? Inspiration? What are you looking for in your personal coach?
Each of us can feel if it "clicks" between us.
Even if it turns out not to be for you, you will have a good sense what coaching is all about, you might even refer someone else to me in the future. And I will have an opportunity to fine-tune my skills in this kind of sample sessions.
