Certifications




I am certified as a trainer in communication skills by “Door” one of the leading training institutes in the Netherlands.

I am certified as a facilitator for the Human Element workshops founded by Will Schutz. The Hument Element adresses topics like self-esteem, self-motivation, self-realisation etc. I call the method an “upgrade in emotional intelligence”, resulting, for example, in better leadership and teamwork.


I am certified as a trainer for the systemic approach “constellation work” as developed by Bert Hellinger. The method holds that many of our individual, professional and private issues develop within our family or work system. To solve those issues we involve the client’s system to direct us to a solution. This specific method is highly intuitive and has amazing results especially where things seem totally stuck. 

I added a specific coaching tool to my toolkit: Co-Active Coaching, a coaching model from the The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I completed  the full Core Co-active Coaching Curriculum.
