About me





My name is Yuval Allon. Born february 19th 1947 in the Netherlands and never a dull day ever since! I have 4 great kids and one lovely grandson. I experienced a number of radical changes in my life and expect more to come. I live in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India.

I came to Auroville after I stretched my limits as a business manager and entrepreneur for 25 years in Israel, Netherlands, Denmark and Turkey That  has resulted in much business and life experience.

Parallel to my management career, I developed a keen interest and passion for training others in communication skills and personal development. Also there I stretched my limits and since 1986 I have trained people and facilitated workshops in the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel, India, Japan, California, Sweden and Turkey.

In the year 2001 a major radical change took place. I was diagnosed with a bad tumor in my kidney at the age of 54 and underwent a major operation. After that I decided to focus on what I really like most: coaching and facilitating.
I  facilitated and participated in numerous seminars and workshops all over the world and studied additional coaching and facilitation methods.
I collected additional tools and various certifications (see Certifications).  I did volunteer work in Israel, started to volunteer in India in 2003 and moved there in 2008.

My future plans are a mix of Life Coaching, Business Coaching, facilitating workshops, volunteer work and before all, next to, and after all: spend quality time with all those dear to me.
To keep on learning and growing and pass it on to others!
